Classic Chicken Breast Steak

Marinate the breasts in a mixture of oil and spices. Seasonings should be chosen carefully, suitable: paprika, black pepper, fragrant herbs. Garlic is also squeezed into the marinade. Keep the chicken for at least 20 minutes and fry in a hot pan. On each side, fry the steaks for several minutes, sealing the juice inside.

The main thing is to cut the meat into thin slices, then they will be fried in 5-7 minutes. It makes no sense to cook longer, as the pan will dry the meat and make it hard.

Now you need to drain excess oil, for this put the breasts on a paper towel. Serving meat is recommended with vegetables or a light side dish.

Breast in this case should be marinated in soy sauce and spices longer. This is due to the fact that in the oven the meat is subjected to greater heat treatment and dried.

Cut each fillet lengthwise into two thinner steaks. Lightly beat the chicken on both sides. Salt and pepper the steaks on both sides. You can, of course, add salt and pepper to the marinade, but, in my opinion, the chicken is salted evenly.

Prepare the marinade. To do this, combine in a separate container vegetable oil, passed through garlic and spices.

Stir the marinade thoroughly and brush each piece of chicken on both sides. You can use the culinary brush, or you can simply mix the chicken breasts with the marinade by hand.

Leave the chicken to marinate for at least 20 minutes. Then heat a little odorless vegetable oil in a pan and lay the chicken in one layer. If you have a grill pan, then use it. Fry the chicken over medium heat. On a small one, a golden crust will not work, and on a strong one, the chicken will not have time to fry inside. First fry the chicken on one side until golden brown, then turn over and fry on the other. Since the chicken slices are thin, they will have time to fully prepare in 7-8 minutes. With more heat treatment, the chicken will become stiff.

Put the fried chicken into a paper towel to drain excess oil. Chicken breast steaks are ready. Put them on a dish and keep them under the lid so that they do not cool longer. Serve the fried chicken breast hot with any cereal or vegetable garnish.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Soy sauce 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Balsamic vinegar 1,5 Art. spoons
  • Salt 2 Pinch
  • Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. spoon
  • Dry fragrant herbs 2 Pinch
    any to your liking
  • Ground black pepper 2 Pinch

If you have chicken breast on the bone, carefully separate the meat from the bone. Divide each part of the chicken breast in half.

Combine soy sauce with balsamic vinegar and salt. Peel the garlic cloves and chop finely. Overlay each piece of chicken fillet with slices of garlic and season with a mixture of sauce and vinegar. Leave the chicken to marinate for 15 minutes.

We heat the grill pan and lightly grease it with oil. Chicken steak can also be cooked in an ordinary cast-iron pan. We remove the pieces of garlic from the chicken breast, sprinkle the meat with dry aromatic herbs and pepper. We spread the breast on a preheated pan and fry the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side.
