Ingredients for Making Vegetarian Tomato Soup

  4. 2 cloves medium sized garlic
  5. Carrot 100 grams
  6. Fresh parsley or fresh dill to taste
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Ground black pepper to taste
  9. Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking Vegetarian Tomato Soup:

Pour ordinary water into the middle pan so that it half-fills the container and put it on medium heat. To make the water boil faster, cover the pan with a lid. Immediately after the liquid begins to boil, remove the lid and salt the liquid to taste.Attention: a lot of salt should not be added, as it is absorbed into pasta and thereby can spoil the taste of the dish itself.

So, pour the pasta into a boiling liquid, mix everything well using a tablespoon, and cook them according to the instructions on the packaging. The approximate cooking time is from 10 to 20 minutes from the moment of boiling water again.

After the allotted time, turn off the hob, and pasta with water, holding the pan with kitchen tacks, pour over the colander into the sink. To prevent the pasta from sticking together, rinse them under running cold water and set aside for a while.

Step 5: Cooking Vegetarian Tomato Soup


Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the cauldron and put the container on a fire less than average. When the oil is well warmed, pour the carrots and onions into the container and fry the vegetables until tender golden color. After that add the garlic, mix everything well with the stock and fry a little more with other vegetables, then - put the tomatoes in a cauldron in our own juice. Stew the basis for the soup for 5 minutes under the cover.

After the allotted time, salt and pepper the soup to taste and pour ordinary cold water “by eye” into the container, depending on how thick you want to prepare the first dish. Mix everything well again and bring the vegetarian soup to a boil. Immediately after that, turn it off burner, and set the cauldron aside to cool slightly with the help of kitchen tacks.

Now, using a blender, grind the soup to a puree condition at medium speed for 1-2 minutes. At the end, pour the pasta into the container with the tomato mixture, mix well again and serve.

Step 6: serve vegetarian tomato soup.


Using a scoop, pour the vegetarian tomato soup into a deep plate and serve it at the dinner table until the dish has cooled. If desired, chop the fresh parsley or dill with finely chopped vegetables and sprinkle the soup on it. The dish turns out to be fragrant, delicious, with a spicy pungency and unusual taste.

Easy Tomato Soup Recipe

I offer a recipe called "Tomato soup" (or "struggle with the crop" :))

Everything is very simple, for 2-3 servings we will need:

  • ghee (ghee) 3-4 tbsp
  • bay leaf 1 pc.
  • whole cumin 0.25 tsp
  • asafoetida 0.25 tsp
  • ground coriander 0.25 tsp
  • ground black pepper 0.25 tsp
  • salt 1.5-2 tsp
  • sugar 1-2 tsp
  • water
  • greens for decoration

Blanch the tomatoes, i.e. fill them with boiling water for 5-7 minutes.

and grind in a blender.

Now in a saucepan melt the gi and first add the bay leaf and whole cumin.

Fry for 20-30 seconds, add ground spices, fry for a few more moments

  • 2 cups leavened vegetarian bread, sliced ​​into 1 cm pieces

  7. 7 Add Coconut Dream and coconut cream, stir. Cook the soup for another 5 minutes.
  8. 8 Try the soup to taste. Add salt and pepper in small quantities until the desired taste is achieved.
  9. 9 Pour the soup into serving bowls.
  10. 10 Top up the soup lightly with olive oil.
  11. 11 Put homemade croutons on top of the soup and serve with a slice of toast.
